Bonus Round - It's Holiday Season
Many business owners struggle with the decision to give their employee's a bonus for the holidays. This is understandable, not every business is in a place to spread the wealth while still meeting their financial obligations. I advise my clients to start their bonus evaluation process no later than October. If your overall expectations were met or exceeded to date then a reward is recommended. It does not need to be in the form of a monetary bonus but I'm sure your employee's would appreciate your thoughtfulness if it was. Others rewards can be given in the form of swag, office parties,
